The first prototypes of my hanging decorations. They are cast in pearl white stoneware slip. These ones are currently a bit too weighty so with my next ones I am going to cast with a white Earthenware slip. This is very good practice with thin castings. I will post up some pictures of the final pieces once they have gone through all of their firings.

My final hanging decorations will be shown for the first time at Made at West Dean. This show should be very exciting as it gives you the chance to see many brilliant makers in the wonderful setting of West Dean House and Gardens. Your ticket to the fair gives you free access to the gardens. Lets hope for sunshine as I'm camping!
